Returns

To start a return, contact us at supoort@jbklyn.com. Please include pictures and the reason for the return.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please note that any claims regarding misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be promptly submitted within 30 days from the date of product receipt. In the unfortunate event of packages being lost during transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days following the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be an error on our part will be covered at our own expense.

If you are dissatisfied with the size or item you have ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund. However, it is essential to be aware that the shipping cost will not be refunded if a refund is issued. Furthermore, it is crucial to note that items being returned must have tags and original packaging. There cannot be any signs of wear, washing, or carrying any scents such as laundry detergent, cologne, or any other indication that it has been used. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Failure to comply with this condition will result in the item(s) being returned to you. Additionally, please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to ALL returns without any exceptions.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Any returned orders containing previously mentioned items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.
